Kits 'n' Pieces was created in 2002 by Karen Bennet as a response to the frustration  experienced by many crafts people when trying to find all of the  bits 'n' pieces required to complete many patterns. It is often impossible to find the correct fabrics and all the complimentary ribbons, threads and accessories etc. so we have gathered all your needs together for you and put them in a kit. 

Kits 'n' Pieces is a friendly team of artists and crafts people who have a passion for creating beautiful handmade items, and we enjoy sharing our passion for embroidery and craft. We understand that you are looking for designs with flair and originality and that to complete an heirloom quality item you require natural materials of the highest quality. All of our kits meet these standards.

At Kits ‘n’ Pieces  we create original designs for a range of craft items including cloth dolls, teddy bears, embroidered samplers, stitcheries and simple patchwork projects. We then supply these designs to you as a kit, complete with all the requirements you will need to create your own heirloom. The resurgence of the  traditional skills many of our grandmothers possessed  can now be passed on to our daughters with the convenience of a Kits 'n' Pieces kit.
