Kits 'n' Pieces undertakes security checks on all credit card details provided and we use a secure server to process your payment. To protect our customers we reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to be suspicious in any way.
Items appearing on this site are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and you will be offered your choice of a full refund, or the date the goods will be available.
At Kits 'n' Pieces we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the service we provide to our customers. If you have a query or concern please contact us for prompt service. Please select carefully before placing your order, in the unlikely event that you detect a proven fault with any of our products we will happily replace it, however, we do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate. Fabric colours and patterns in our kits may vary from those appearing in the samples, although replacement fabrics resemble those shown closely.
All kits displayed on this website contain all of the requirements necessary to complete the specified project with the following exceptions. Basic sewing tools, stuffing, batting or wadding, backing fabric and/or any pens and/or pencils needed, unless otherwise specified.
All effort has been made to ensure that prices on our website are accurate, however occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, for any reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Changes will only apply to any subsequent orders received.
